Social Media Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage social media channels, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns, generate qualified leads, and track competitor digital activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and lead inquiries on social platforms in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution.
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance.
  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Generate qualified leads and ensure seamless and timely handover to the sales team.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve efficiency and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities, including:
    ○ Social media content strategies and posting frequency
    ○ Paid ad creatives, messaging, and campaign formats
    ○ Engagement levels, audience growth trends, and overall digital visibility

  • Maintain and regularly update a competitor performance and benchmarking dashboard.
  • Share actionable insights, trends, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively share learnings, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely for campaign planning, reviews, and ongoing optimization.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, and advertising dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and interpret competitors’ digital marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution, optimization, and measurable results.
