In this role, you won’t just be managing a program; you will be the engine driving our organizational knowledge. This is a high‐impact, Individual Contributor role designed for someone who is ready to “move mountains” independently, transforming raw information into a structured, world‐class learning culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Orchestration: Proactively partner with cross‐functional teams to extract, synthesize, and centralize technical and operational knowledge from across the organization.
  • Content Excellence: Design and produce high‐quality documentation, engaging presentations, and comprehensive training modules that serve as the “source of truth” for the company.
  • Process Engineering: Create, implement, and maintain robust SOPs and internal coordination processes to streamline how our teams interact and learn.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders; gather feedback, identify learning gaps, and translate business needs into actionable training strategies.
  • Agile Delivery: Deliver information in a channelized and structured way, ensuring updates reach the right people at the right time through the right platforms.
  • Culture of Support: Serve as a dedicated resource for the team, maintaining a high level of availability and a “help‐first” mindset to ensure no learner is left behind.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in building central knowledge bases or creating SOPs from scratch.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in documentation tools, presentation software (Google Slides/PowerPoint), and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to take constructive feedback from diverse stakeholders and pivot training delivery to meet evolving business goals.
  • Organizational Prowess: Highly structured approach to work with the ability to manage multiple high‐priority projects simultaneously.
